About Kathi

After spending 8+ years in corporate America working in operations and on various projects, I was ready to branch out and focus on work that I really love. I have always had a heart toward small businesses and non-profits because these organizations root our communities. I am passionate about working smarter, not harder and guiding others toward success.

My experience includes:

• Project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure

• Working with diverse teams

• Multi-partner collaboration

• Influencing stakeholders

• Process improvement & implementation

• Policy and program review & implementation

My family and I are located in the Portland, OR Metro area. I love to get out and enjoy the beauty of the Pacific Northwest and visit as many coffee shops as possible.
